I have been providing psychotherapy services to clients for nearly fourteen years. In that time I have developed a specialties in working with relational trauma, divorce, codependency, anxiety/depression and parenting. I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic techniques (psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness) to help clients navigate difficult life transitions and develop healthy coping skills and satisfying relationships.
